How We Use AI
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Overview
Adelante uses AI to save you time, not to make decisions for you. This page explains where AI shows up in the product, which providers process data, and how you stay in control of every result.
Where AI Is Used
AI helps draft customer messages and social posts, powers the in-product assistant that answers questions about your business, and edits your site inside the AI Website Builder. It also supports semantic search across your Knowledge Base so the assistant can answer from your own facts.
Which Providers We Use
We use Anthropic's Claude models for the in-product assistant, message and post drafting, and website-builder editing. We use OpenAI for AI-generated logo images in the Website Builder and for the embeddings that power Knowledge Base search. Embeddings and vectors are stored in our own database, not shared for provider training.
Information Sent to AI Providers
When you use an AI-powered feature, we send only the minimum data needed to complete that request, such as the prompt and the relevant context. We do not send data that is unrelated to the action you requested.
How Outputs Should Be Used
AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any drafted message, post, or website change before sending or publishing it.
Usage Limits
Every plan includes a monthly cap on AI assistant messages so costs stay predictable. When you reach the cap, the assistant prompts you to upgrade rather than silently slowing down or degrading quality.
You Stay in Control
You decide whether to use AI-generated results and whether to apply generated content in your workflows. Nothing drafted by AI is sent or published without your action.
Data Handling and Retention
Our broader privacy and data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
